Our team was assigned to create a number of visual models determining opportunity areas where a local start-up could find short-term wins. The client was GreenSeed Contract Packaging, a food packaging company that “manages packaging operations for large and middle market CPG manufacturers passionate about natural and healthy foods.”
Over the course of seven weeks, we produced models exploring internal capabilities, external partners, overall landscape, and how the client can evolve its services by leveraging current capabilities.
