Museum of Science and Industry UX Insights Report
The insights to action report builds the case for a preferred design future the Museum of Science and Industry (MSI) should explore. As a group, we synthesized 8 weeks of user research conducted individually into one presentation of strategies for reframing the way in which MSI engages their visitors.
