Our team investigated the USAID Global Development Lab as a case study and found that, while they had a very broad future vision, there existed no apparent strategic roadmap to engage stakeholders in the transition. We created a plan for working with USAID’s teams to develop an organizational roadmap. This included creating a more focused vision, connecting strategy to execution and working to include not only leadership, but also multiple staff levels.

Ultimately, the roadmap we created could be used with many clients; its applicability is not limited to USAID.
